I had not been to church in 10 years- my brother brought me and I had to try so hard to keep from crying as the sermon, songs, and stories spoke to me so strongly. It was not an accident that the Draw near Series was beginning the next week. At this time of pain in my life- divorce, death of relatives - our pain is not wasted if we can draw near to God. " God does not always calm the storms in your life, but he does calm you in the storms." I am learning more and more every week. Thank you for your church.
