Rose Corscadden asked people how Draw Near had gotten them thinking about their prayer life or what they thought about the study. Here are their comments:

Sharon Cain – “Draw Near has made me become more intentional about my study time. And I love that the kids’ book has given them a tool to help them have a quiet time.”

Scott Huse – “The start of Draw Near has made me realize how little time I have been setting aside for God. I haven’t been giving God enough of my time and this study will help me spend more time with Him.”
Claudia Huse – “Draw Near has been instrumental in making me get into the Word every day.”

Lupe Martinez – “Drawn Near has made me get up earlier and set aside ½ hour each day to go through the scriptures and questions. I have wanted to grow deeper in my faith and learn more, and this study is helping me do that. I am so glad the church is doing this study!”

Kelly Foster – “What I like about Drawn Near is that there is a memory verse for the whole family to memorize. On the way to church this morning we were going over it. We haven’t had any formal ‘sit downs’
to go over the verses and lessons, but we’ve had great casual discussions. It’s great, too, that the kids are getting motivated in their groups to read on their own and work in their own books.”

Cheryl Shorter – “My husband and I have teenage boys and it’s very fulfilling to see them draw near to God through their studies and cell group, and to see them learn about fasting – they’ve never done that before. The study is bringing our whole family closer together studying the same things.”

Jeff & Joy Rhodes – “Draw Near has helped us to refocus on the basic things that we learned early in our faith. It’s been very encouraging, and it’s great to have the whole family studying together.”

Rose Corscadden – “I have been struggling to have a quiet time for years, and Draw Near is helping me make time for God. I also love that our kids are studying the same things we are and that we have questions in our books to help us have discussions with them about it.”
